By accessing or using Army Freebie Finder (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Army Freebie Finder is a fan-made community tool that helps ARMY who made concert freebies and ARMY who received them find each other and connect. It is provided for entertainment and community purposes only.

Important: this is not a shop, a marketplace, or a ticketing platform. Nothing is sold, purchased, traded, or shipped through the Service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by BIGHIT MUSIC, HYBE, BTS, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, or any ticketing service. All artist names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us of any unauthorized use. You must be old enough to consent to the processing of your data in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the Service. Only post photos you took or have permission to use, and do not post other people’s personal information (addresses, phone numbers, ticket barcodes) publicly.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, dox, impersonate, or endanger another member
• Use the Service to resell freebies, merchandise, or tickets
• Scrape, bot, or otherwise disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

Locations shown on the map are approximate city-level pins, never exact addresses. Messages between members are private to the sender and recipient. Never share your home address, and meet only in public if you choose to connect offline.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not verify the identity of any member.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Army Freebie Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service or from any interaction between members.

We may suspend or terminate an account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms other members. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Army Freebie Finder operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
